1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
      • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.
      • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (Egypt)
Estimated delivery times after order processing:
      • Cairo & Giza: 3–4 business days
      • Alexandria & Delta: 4–5 business days
      • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations or location accessibility.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will appear during checkout.

Please note:
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • In case of returns or refunds, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

2. Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
      • Unused and unworn
      • In original packaging
      • With all original tags
      • Accompanied by the original invoice
      • In resalable condition

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
      • The product has been used or worn
      • Original packaging has been removed
      • Any item or accessory is missing
      • The product is not in its original condition

Bellvar reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:
      • Damaged
      • Defective
      • Incorrect

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once the issue is verified, Bellvar will replace the item.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued within 3–14 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:
      • Original payment method
      • Bank transfer
      • Store credit

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via:
      • Bank transfer

Card Payments
For payments made by credit or debit card:
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      • Third-party payment processing fees may apply and may be deducted from the refunded amount.
